HiDental for dental practices
Three levels. You choose how far to go, and the first two cost nothing.
1. Listed
Free. Nothing to do.
HiDental lists dental offices from public records, as a directory does. A listing nobody has claimed shows only the office name, address and phone, and says it has not been confirmed by the practice.
2. Claimed
Free.
You claim your listing, we confirm that you speak for the practice, and you take it over: description, services, hours, languages and the insurance you declare. You accept responsibility for what you publish. A claimed practice can ask to be featured on the home page.
3. HiDental service
A fixed monthly fee per office. Never a fee per patient.
Patients send appointment requests from your listing and from a form on your own website. Each request arrives in your workspace, where your front desk answers it, records the time you confirmed and whether the patient came. A monthly report shows inquiries, confirmed visits and attendance by source.
What we do not promise
- No guaranteed number of patients, and no promised position in any search engine.
- A paid plan is not an endorsement of clinical quality, and it does not change the order of search results.
- A request is not a booking until your office confirms a time with the patient.
- Patients can review any listed practice. Reviews are read by HiDental before they are shown, and no plan lets a practice remove or hide one.
Start
Find your practice and choose "Claim it". If a listing is wrong and you would rather have it corrected or removed than claim it, open it and choose "Report a problem". If your office is not listed, write to [email protected].
