The rules for using HiDental.

This page is a working draft dated 5 October 2026. It describes how the site works today and will be replaced by wording reviewed by our lawyers.

HiDental is operated by Gagua, 1201 North Pacific Ave #204, Glendale, California 91202.

What HiDental is

  • A directory of dental practices and a way to send a practice an appointment request.
  • HiDental is not a dental practice. It gives no diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. In an emergency, contact a qualified provider or the emergency services.

Listings

  • A basic listing comes from public records and has not been confirmed by the practice. Check details with the practice before relying on them.
  • A listing managed by a practice is that practice's own statement. The practice is responsible for it.
  • Insurance shown is declared by the practice. It is not confirmation of your coverage or your cost.
  • Being listed, featured or a paying customer is not an endorsement of a practice's clinical quality.

Appointment requests

  • A request is not a booking. You have an appointment only when the practice confirms a time with you.
  • Send requests only for yourself or for someone you may act for, such as your child.
  • Do not put medical details in a request.

Reviews

  • Reviews and ratings are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not of HiDental, and are not a judgement of clinical quality.
  • By sending a review you confirm it is your own experience and follows the review guidelines, and you allow HiDental to publish it on this site.
  • HiDental reads each review before it is shown and may decline or take down one that breaks the guidelines. It does not edit reviews.
  • A practice cannot remove a review, and paying HiDental changes nothing about a practice's reviews or rating.

Using the site

  • Do not send false requests, claim a practice you do not speak for, or try to reach information that is not yours.
  • Do not copy the directory in bulk or run automated tools against the site without our agreement.

Practices

A practice that claims its listing accepts a commitment about the information it publishes, shown to the owner when claiming. The paid service is covered by a separate agreement with the practice.

We may change the site and these terms; the date at the top says when this page last changed. Write to [email protected]. See also Privacy.
